After working as an architect for several years, Jonathan Emmett turned to a full-time career writing young fiction and picture books, and also writing and paper-engineering a number of pop-up books. His books have won several awards including the Red House Children's Book Award for Pigs Might Fly and the Kiekeboekprijs award forBringing Down the Moon. Ben Mantle studied animation at the Surrey Institute of Art & Design, graduating in 2003. He later joined the crew working on Tim BurtonâsCorpse Bride in 2005. Ben also worked as Head of Animation in a Brighton-based studio and his recent titles includeBusy Bug Book and the runaway smash in the US Five Little Pumpkins. He has also recently worked on a BAFTA nominated CBeebies website.
