Stephen Krensky was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He has written over one hundred books as well as several multi-media projects for children. Stephen admits that writing is as much a craft as an art, but that writing for children is an enjoyable and rewarding process. He graduated from Hamilton College in upstate New York in 1975. Currently he lives in Lexington, MA, with his wife and two sons.
Betsy Lewin is the Caldecott Honor-winning illustrator of CLICK, CLACK, MOO: COWS THAT TYPE and its sequels, GIGGLE, GIGGLE, QUACK; DUCK FOR PRESIDENT; in addition to a number of other picture books and early readers. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
