The FBI sends one of their young agents, Johnny, into the field undercover to break up a ring of thieves who use their skills as extreme sports enthusiasts to pull off heists wherever they go. The thieves, known as the "Ex-Presidents" because of the masks they wear, accept the agent as one of their own and soon show him their ways while enjoying the high adrenaline thrills of various extreme sports activities, including snowboarding, free-climbing, wingsuiting, motocross and surfing. After quickly becoming friends with the gang's charismatic leader, Johnny finds himself conflicted. Will he do his duty or join them?
