A young woman decides to quit her job as a fund manager, leave her long-term boyfriend, and pursue her dream of becoming an opera singer in the Scottish Highlands. - Rlj Distribution Solutions
With a great job at a London trust fund, you'd think American import Millie Cantwell (Danielle MacDonald) would know fulfillment-but her heart's desire has always been to sing opera. Putting career on hold to train for a national competition, she turns to Scottish diva Meghan Geoffrey-Bishop (Joanna Lumley) for coaching... but Meghan's other pupil, pub chef Max Thistlewaite (Hugh Skinner), also has his eyes on the prize. Charmer co-stars Shazad Latif, Gary Lewis. 104 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
