Victoria Allenby has been writing poetry andstories for as long as she can remember. Her debut picture book, Nat the CatCan Sleep Like That, won the 2014 Preschool Reads Award and was nominatedfor the 2015 SYRCA Shining Willow Award. More recently, her Big, LittleConcepts Books Shape Up! Construction Trucks and Listen Up! TrainSong have earned several starred reviews and a Mathical Book Prize HonorBook. Victoria lives in Toronto, Ontario.

Maggie Zeng isa children’s book illustrator, graphic designer, concept artist, andanimator. Born in Montreal, she attends Concordia University andpreviously received the Outstanding Achievement Award in Applied Arts Technologiesat Dawson College. Maggie loves making story-driven illustrations thatconvey a feeling of adventure and wonder through fun characters and magicalenvironments. Her first picture books are This is the Boat That BenBuilt and Room for More.
