CORY VITIELLO is the chef/owner of FLOCK Rotisserie & Greens, the head of culinary development for Cactus Club Cafe, and the chef/owner of The Harbord Room. He is a graduate of the acclaimed Stratford Chefs School. He lives in Toronto with his partner, Martina Sorbara, and their son, Barlow. This is his first book.
