Summary:

Follow the intense personal journeys of the young nurses and pilots flying air ambulances in remote Northern Canada. These young pilots barely out of flight school flock to the North to build hours, while young nurses are drawn to the gig for the high-intensity experience and the cash. They're all in over their heads and trying to leave something about their old lives behind.
