Hirokazu Hikawa was born July 4, 1967, in Aichi Prefecture. He is best known for his manga adaptations of Bonk and Kirby. In 1987, he won an honorable mention for Kaisei!! Aozora Kyoushitsu (Beautiful Day! Outdoor Classroom) at the 14th Fujiko Fujio Awards.
