Laurent Hopman has written about various talented minds and controversial characters, but regardless of who he is writing about, it always involves a powerful message. His works include the likes of Les Guerres De Lucas and MICHAEL JACKSON HIStory, which focus on two captivating individuals in their respective fields, being the highest-selling popstar of all time, and the American filmmaker and Star Wars creator George Lucas. Girl Rebels is not the first time Hopman has tackled sensitive topics and inspiring stories, having written about individuals that preserve wildlife in Les Saveurs: 7 héros de la cause animale.

Julien Derain is an editor and founder of Deman éditions. He has written on the hard-hitting title that is Les Saveurs: 7 héros de la cause animale.

Fabien Morin is an author, based in France, who has worked on titles with very powerful messages. Those titles include the likes of Les Saveurs: 7 héros de la cause animale, Et un jour, j’ai choisi d’exister, and Les Secondes Vies de Maddy Madison.

Brett “BlitzCadet” Parson is a Massachusetts based cartoonist. He is best known for his work on multiple Tank Girl titles with original writer and co-creator Alan Martin. He has also worked with DC/Vertigo, Boom!, 2000 AD, Albatross Funny Books, Warner Bros. Animation, Dream Works TV, Sony Music and more. When not drawing comics, Brett is hanging out with his family, eating pizza, and working on their old house.

Rebecca Traunig is a colorist and designer based in Switzerland. She studied at Geneva’s École Supérieure de Bande Dessiné et d’Illustration (ESBDi). It was in Geneva where she worked on the title Geneva – From the Lacustres to the Battle of Escalade.

Jérôme Gillet, aka Gijé, was born in 1988 in Lubumbashi (Congo). Following his studies at the Saint-Luc Institute in Liège (Belgium), specializing in illustration, he moved to Luxembourg to continue his training in animation. After graduating in 2012, he started out as a freelance 2D artist before joining Zeilt Production as a computer graphics designer, and gained experience working on advertising campaigns, short films (such as Long Live New York) and animated series (Barababor, Prochain arrêt). The year 2018 marks a major evolution in his career, as Gijé turns to the comics world with the adventure series La boîte à musique, written by Carbone and published by Dupuis (Europe Comics in English, The Music Box).

Jocelyn Joret is a France-based illustrator, storyboarder, and colorist. He has worked on comics such as KidZ and Spirou. If Jocelyn isn’t creating unique illustrations, then he’s probably watching Breaking Bad, Scrubs, or The Office.

Vittoria Macioci is a comic book artist and illustrator, with several zines. She graduated with honors at the Emile Cohl school of illustration, comics, and animation. Having lived in France for several years, she has collaborated with various French publishers and is the artist for the two-book story Gravity Level.
