Christos Gage sold his first screenplay in 1997 and has been working steadily ever since; he started writing comics in 2004 with DCâs Deadshot miniseries, featuring the sharpshooting antihero from Suicide Squad. He then began co-writing Avengers: The Initiative with Dan Slott, which led to him becoming the sole writer on the book and its successor, Avengers Academy. His additional Marvel credits include Civil War: Casualties of War, House of M: Avengers, Iron Man, Union Jack and World War Hulk: X-Men, as well as a prominent run on X-Men: Legacy.
Artist Greg Land first gained notice with his work on DCâs Batman-family titles Nightwing and Birds of Prey. Moving to Marvel after illustrating CrossGenâs Sojourn, he drew Phoenix: Endsong. Next up was a run on Ultimate Fantastic Four that included the first rendering of the Marvel Zombies. Subsequently, Land penciled the blockbuster limited series Ultimate Power before becoming a regular artist on Uncanny X-Men. He subsequently drew a trilogy of Symbiote Spider-Man limited series with writer Peter David.
Artist Yidiray Ãinar created the fanzine publishing group Capa Comics in 1997 in his hometown of Istanbul, Turkey, which helped him make connections across the globe. Ãinar first made a name for himself in America with his work on Digital Webbingâs Nothingface and Fist of Justice. He then began work at Image Comics, drawing a short story for Savage Dragon and becoming the regular penciler on Noble Causes. At DC, he worked on Teen Titans, Fury of Firestorm and Legion of Super-Heroes. For Marvel, he is the artist on Superior Iron Man.
