A renegade cop pursues a black magic maniac who's terrorizing the city streets in this action thriller assembled from episodes of the Steven Seagal television series True Justice. Elijah Kane (Seagal) is the kind of cop that no criminal wants to cross. Lethal and unpredictable, Elijah and his skilled team of agents risk their lives cleaning up the streets every day. So when an occult killer begins preying on local strippers, Elijah must capture the killer who has harnessed the powers of darkness. Even so, nothing will prepare him and his crew for the fear they feel when they finally uncover the truth behind these horrific crimes.
